I have a 1999 a4. My cv axles went bad so I decided to replace them. I got the new parts but the part that bolts the cv axle to the transaxle is different. I sent the parts back and ordered from another place. I have the same issue. Can anyone help me with this please? I tried to add some picture of the problem idk if they show but the new parts are 3 7/16 inches from bolt hole to bolt hole center, while the old ones and vehicle are 3 3/4 inches bolt hole to bolt hole center. Obviously that doesn't work. What is going on?
