In the past two days my CD player has developed a skip, It happens mostly when I'm coming to a stop and then just as the car stops, I start accelerating again, but it also happend when I was sitting still, Any Ideas, cus Its becoming pretty anoying.

 

Mine skips when I hit sharp bumps. You might try a lens cleaner.

 

may want to blow the player out with compressed air. i've heard of using one of those special cd's that clean the laser too.

 

I'll give the aircompressor a shot, as for the CD lense cleaner, I will have to wait till after christmas to get one.

 

i would use a CD clearer or offer a civic as a sacrifice to the electical gods and hope they are pleased
