there is new emisions way, through OBD2 or through pipe in the back.
here is NY OBD2 is on cars 1996 including and up, and they are checked through it.
and cars older that that like mine go through a runner with a pipe in our back.

 

im glad we don't have that stupid law here lol I think the guy didn't know where the OBD connector was and used that as an excuse for his lack of knowledge

i have that in my car but no plug and no ashtray. it took me a month to pass emission it was a bit pita

 

Wouldnt it be easier for you to just press the "Print Screen" key and then paste into windows paint to post your screen shots?

I saw that back there before but no plug, maybe that’s for European cars?? I’m just glad I don’t have to deal with emissions; I can do what ever I want to my car with out worrying about emissions

Oh.. Well you should try Screen Print 32... Its pretty good. My bentley cd said i wouldnt be able to use the screen capture with "print screen" but it works for me. Sorry.. Back on topic....
