1997 a4 quattro 1.8t its in real good condition there is one small door ding in the passenger side and a couple of small stone chips in the front but only noticable if you look real carefully for 4100 dollars

 

Do you know anything about the maintenance history, do you have any pics. It sounds like a good deal at first, but it really depends on how well it has been maintained. Give some more info: on miles, when was timing belt changed last, etc

 

well i bought the car a lilwhile ago for 2600 but the catch was the engine was blown. and my stepdad told me to get it cuz he wanted it to be a project car for us and it costed 1500 to rebuild the engine and we took it all i to a mechanic that specializes in european cars and he told us that everything looked like new it was all in good shape except for the piston that was broken but yea we got it all back together and it runs beutifully the only downside to it is its auto. but now he is pressing me to save extra money so i can get a ko4
