all i can say is "looks before speed" made me choke-up my lunch. screw that, speed/handling THEN looks, i've seen some sexy cars that honestly i had no repsiect for after i saw that it was nothing but some flashy looks, speed is # 1 end of story. Now that being said, SP33D07 has some nice mods on both side of the fence so it's a tossup, but if he is really looking for more speed from the car, that is what he sould work on first.

Personally i think you should save it. i would have my own house right now and not be renting if i hadn't spend $20k on my A4.
Torque Converter i wouldn't worry about right now, you will be safe with the K04 as long as you don't try to launch your car with the TIP (rev and drop into gear or break while reving then releasing the break). if you drive your car really hard or are thinking about going to something bigger then a K04 then go with the Torque Converter. I have heard LV 10 (valve body and torque converter) can introduce some issues so i would not consider doing it unless it's necessary. it's something that is far far down on my list of things to do if i get to that point with this car.

so widgget, you don't have your car lowered? and if you do what was the order you did it in. I'm not talking "looks" as in doin a whole damn body kit or somthing crazy like that but, make the ride look good frist. Don't be rockin stock rims(depending on style) and whippin past everyone in your 4x4. make it look sporty!
as for the money, my school loans were at 1.2% so if you think that a lot of $ to pay in interest then maybe your right, but thats damn near free money that you'll easily pay back once you get out of college.

i'm running stock rims and suspention, which i don't think look bad at all. rims, coilovers, full body kit, xeions, mesh front grill, this is all stuff i want to get in time but performance should be #1. VROOOOMMM!
Holy **** you guys need to get your head out of your asses. The two options lower the car or ko4 - I'm not talking about anything other than wheels and lowering the car. So everyone spouting off about ricer **** can fuckoff.
