diagnostics

does anyone know on average how much the dealer charges to do diagnostics? and is there a cheaper way i can get my diagnostics without buying vag-com?

Do not go to dealer. Those (_&#!(#&$_!@#ers charge $95 for the check plus want your car for a whole day for something that takes like... what 10 minutes or less.
