diff between cv and tiptronic transmission?
what is the diff between cv and tiptronic transmission? i was told i have a cv, but when i shift to the right, i can shift like a porsche boxster (*** car). whats the diff?

tiptronic transmission is just a normal automatic tranny with the ability to have some control over the shifting.
The CVT tranny is a totally different beast.
