Default Digital Display Doesn't show up anymore.

The Digital display in my Audi just stopped working well half of it stopped showing up.

The picture attached shows you more what I mean.
The part of the screen circled in blue is the part that stopped lighting up,
and the park circled in red still shows up but fades periodically.

Can anyone tell me whats going on or how I could fix this issue?

Not sure if this will help. I think that you can turn part of the display off. For the life of me I cannot remember if that is done using the buttons up by the dash or the controller on the cruise control stock.

this is a really common problem with any of the audis that have this display. the connections usually get worse and worse over time, until they eventually fail.

i believe there's a few companies where you can buy a new display, and one that you can send yours in to, and they will re-solder the connections.

hope this helps.
