Just picked up my new car yesterday...head unit says audi symphony, seems to be component speakers in front and rear doors and there is a sub installed in the trunk already...no bose labels anywhere but the sound seems very good and i dont know if the stock comes with component speakers in the rear...any idea?

sucks but from what ive heard its easier to work with the symphony HU than the bose

The Bose speakers are incredible, though. I hooked them up to a JL 450/4 and they were unreal. Better than my Alpine Type X, and nearly as nice as my Focal Polykevlars.

 

well in the dash on the tapedeck of my car it says audi symphony
but on all the door speakers it says bose

??

 

then you have Bose...... turn your radio off then on and it will say 'Bose' in the digital read out...

I think Bose are more than enough speaker until you want to "bump" but thats just my personal opinion.. and I'm a pretty picky dude.

But I can see someone saying they suck if they really care about audio, etc.. but for rock, and even rap my bose system works great
