Do I want an Audi?

The 3.0's are pretty damn peppy.. the 1.8t's have better gas milage, and the option for more hp.. but you'd need a bigger turbo to get more than the 3.0.. And if you were to go with an auto.. might as well get the 3.0.
Go to a dealer, and drive each... Good luck.

But yeah, 1.8T if you wanna mod it and like doing those sorts of things with your car, and 3.0 if you want an everyday driver, especially if your gonna go with an auto transmission.... then go with 3.0
Why'd you sell the 04 G35? Those things are bad ***, and fun... was it a stick or auto?
3.0 is a hell of a lot more reliable than the 1.8t, not really tunable unless oyu drop soem serious cash but nice little ride. pretty comparable to the G35 but with a better AWD system. its also a bit more peppy since from the factory the 3.0 is considered the premium A4 engine and is making something around 225hp

What are you talking about? With a chip your 1.8T is already "Peppier" than a stock 3.0

Well...sold the G to get outof the car payment. I bought a second house and I don't feel comfortable with two house payments andcar payment. I am looking for something around 15K and looking to pay cash...or for at least most of it.
I ran the audi I listed above that i found on Ebay with AutoCheck and it turns out the car has been flooded, and came from Florida! So...I am lookng for another now. Kinda like this one....

I like the color of the first one a lot better though.

Nice car, nice color, lots of options, but....
it's not a Quattro!!!
The CVT tranny (continuously variable) does not come with Quattro. So, if you're fine with having a FWD car, it'll do as a daily driver. Hardly any performance mods for this car, though. Gotta love those heated rear seats, though
.
The factory warranty has already expired on the car, as the warranty was 4 yrs/50k miles.
