Does anyone else feel like their car has good and bad days?
yup i know what you mean. some times it puts me in the back of my seat other times its not as fast. mostly depending on teh weather. or if i broke anything.
i'm a new audi owner but ya .. i see what you mean.
some days the car starts no problem ..other times it starts ..shuts off and i have to re-start it.
some times i get warning lights that scare the crap out of me doing 180 .. then i never see that light ever again.
abs warning just vanished after having the warning on for 2 days .
love the car though ,afraid to abuse it for fear it will let me down $$$$$$

Axbaby...fyi some warning lights (ie. check engine light) go on for a couple days to let you know something's wrong, but they won't permanently stay on. Not sure if this is the case in an Audi, but my '95 BMW does it whenever a problem arises. So just because the ABS light comes on for a couple days then shuts off, I wouldn't recommend ignoring it!

No, mine is very stable.
Usually I have bad the bad days, then I get into the car, and it turns it into a good day!
Performance is consistent. Within the range it should be.

Not true!!! Your engine can throw a bunch of codes without any check engine lights coming on but if there are enough codes or even one code thats important enough the light will come on and it STAYS THERE till you reset it and unless you fix the problem it will come right back soon. As far as starting the then dying axbaby.....thats not good get it checked out. We all have good and bad days but they are performancerelated due to air intake temp and what not. Our cars dont work one day then take a sh*t another then work the next. You feelin me?
I'm not feeling ya.
I have had a few things to repair, but no more than any other car with 90k would need done. On a day to day basis, the car is very solid, and reliable. Amazingly reliable in fact, for having a lot of non-stock components in the mix.
Anyway, I hope your audi smoothes out for ya.
