Hi I have a 2008 Audi A4 2.0TDI. The air bag light has been lit up for a couple of months now and now the parking brake malfunction light has lit up. i took it to the garage who said a couple of the fuses were blown and as soon as they replaced them, they shorted again. Basically they don't know what is causing it and want to star with replacing the air bag control unit, and if necessary then then dashboard control unit. Seems excessive for what is currently an unknown problem. has anyone else had similar issues? unfortunately i did not ask for the vag codes.
