Yeah he is very easy to deal with, and communicated well when the wrong rotors were sent (they still worked and are oem equivilant so no big deal)... I think your gunna have to take your hub out, and to a shop to have your bearings pressed out/in and a rear alignment, with it being quattro. I was thankful i didnt have quattro when i found out that was the procedure.
