Hi-

I've done some searching but can seem to find a deinfinative answer. I took my rear door panels off today, but managed to break 8 clips.

I've read that you can replace the clips with the VW counterpart at a cheaper price and I found this part number 8E0 868 243 in various posts.

Is this part number the audi part # or the VW part # and has anyone here used the VW parts?

it looks liek its the VW part number (looked on impexfap.com) but i dont think it will matter either way. I would also go to that site for the clips they are $0.55 and i dont think u cant get much cheaper than that!

 

it is the same part # for both and the price will not be different for which ever you go Audi or VW

 

.99 at New Country Audi of Greenwich.. not bad.
