Not even how is the kid going to learn to respect anything in life if it is just all givin to him no dice

 

i am 16 and i paid for my car. I had been saving for a car since i was 6 though and yes most of the money came from my allowance which came from my dad but i still learn the value of a dollar! But yea a 2005 a4 when u turn 16, thats insane. I hope u are the best son ever!

 

CLC i agree with that, not to ever spoil your kid so much, because they will f*** your life because of them and give everything to them, so its a very good thing to discipline your kids and be strict with them, when i was a kid i used to get my *** whooped many times but i know to respect my parents, and even though they could probably buy me a car i still dont want them, because i wanna learn how to live life and learn as i go thru it

 

Oif, you guys..just because you buy a kid things doesn't mean he's gonna turn into the kid from Toy. Kids get to be snobby and irresponsible because parents let TV raise them..not because you buy them things.

haha i was only 16 when i got my camaro, and i had an eclipse when i was 15, but that wasnt that great of a car

 

How in hell are you going to compare camaro and eclipse with an Audi hehehehehehe

 

prolly cause i had a near perfect condition low mileage camaro, but unfortunately got into an accident and for any of those who think this is somen my parents just gave me, i paid for half of it and had to pay for insurance, which is ridiculously expensive, and had to pay for gas for it, and paying for gas for that car is not very fun

 

Must be nice... When I was 15 1/2 I wanted a car.. My parents said wow thats nice go get a job.. so i did and started from the bottom bought a 78 nova for 100 bucks and made it run.. then a camaro for 400 (79) fixed it up... and so forth its all about being poor so you have to keep your cars running thats the best way to learn about them when your young lol
