Good morning everyone,

First time board member and I have a question. I have a 1998 Audi A4 1.8T and my driver side brake light is out along with the tag light. I have replaced all bulbs of the tail light and checked all fuses to no avail.

Would anyone know any other options to check? Since I have misplaced my Owner's Manual does anyone know which fuses I should check again?

Doubt it is a fuse. Double check to make sure that the contacts aren't corroded.

More likely it is a wiring problem

 

bad ground probably as its both the same side number plate light is probably blown
