I have heard alot of bad things about the Dual flip out monitors but also alot of good things. i am looking at something like

I really dont want to spend more than 500, is this the best type unit i can get for my money. or should i not even bother. any suggestions.

do not buya dual! biggest pos on the market!! if you dont wanna spend more then five bills jenson has a pretty good indash!! its at millionbuy.com, touchscreen seven inch, great picture compared to others. i had one in my truck for two years, no problems ever. so if your not goingenter shows, i would go with a jenson! for the price you cant go wrong and they are decently reliable!! but if your planing on car shows and things go with alpine or pioneer of eclipse. those are just a few of the top of the line ones!
