I have the a APR Stage 1 upgrade, what spring and how many shims should i put in my 007 Forge DV? Thanks for any help.

Honestly it should be fine where it is unless you plan on upgrading the Turbo and turning up the boost.

for a k03 use green for 5-15 psi and yellow for 15-23psi. so in your case, yellow
