Default Dynamic headlight range control faulty

So I just got my car back from a body shop and notice that a warning light was on when i picked the car. It's turns our tobe Dynamic headlight range control faulty.I'm just wondering what could have cause this and would my warrenty cover it? My car is still under warrently. The repair was around thefront fender so they probaby screwed up something.

Question 2004 A4 Warning light

I have the Dynamic Headlight Range Control Faulty warning light displayed on my dash. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix out there that doesn't cost a fortune?

I'm having the same problem so far from looking around on other forums that it seems to happen anytime the front bumper is taken off or if a hard bump is hit. And seeing as you got it back from the body shop with the code like I did I'm assuming they took off the bumper to fix or replace damaged parts
