I posted a week or so ago about my palm software that can give pretty accurate dyno results... well, i went and got it dyno'd with the clarkson university sports car club today down at Moon Performance in Lake Placid, NY. (Great guys). Figured I'd share the results.

So here's the dyno results from the palm, stock and with giac...



and here's the results (only giac) from moon perf. today on the awd mustang style dyno.



So first off, not bad numbers... second off, the dyno-scan palm software is pretty accurate, i think. I mean for a cheap solution, it's not far off.

What do you think?

 

oh, also, in case you cant read the fine print at the bottom, 169hp / 205ft-lbs (at the wheels of course). :-D

 

Now go find someone with APR and use the same palm dyno software! That would make this thread killer.

 

what psi?

 

i think the giac chip puts out 15 psi but i'm not sure

 

My GIAC chip is 18-20 psi. I would freak if the highest boost i saw was 15psi. Although it tends to be different from car to car. (not trying to turn this into a "list how much boost you get from your chip" thread)

 

my chip was at 40psi

Yes

 

it spikes at about 17psi, but doesnt hold it long.
