How do I pop up the sunroof so its not open, but at an angle facing upwards. Mine just does not seem to do this, and have seen other b5s that are older and the same year as mine that did that.

turn the sunroof **** the other way. simple enough.

 

you can pull and push the sunroof **** in addition to turning it.
turning it causes the sunroof to open/close
pulling and pushing it makes it tilt.
