i doubt its a scam bc some people dont have a camera so they use other peoples pictures. i mean **** its a chip can they really look that much different. it seems everyone has to see a picture in order to buy something on ebay u know....

 

i used a guys pic on ebay a few weeks ago and he emailed me flippin a **** sayn that it was fraud and all this crap. i told him where to get off

 

Actually it is fraud to use copyrighted images wihtout permission. Enforcing it is tough, but they could have taken action if they wanted to - and it probably would have ruined your day.
