ECU---> SYSTEM NOT READY

ECU---> SYSTEM NOT READY
Ok So I got Re-test for Emission.
Here's my story------------------------------------------------------------------------
I went to take emissions test & i failed
codes are below.
P0150- o2 Sensor circuit (bank2 sensor 1)
P0401- EGR Flow Insufficent detected
P0161- o2 sensor heater circuit (bank2 sensor 2)
P0158- o2 sensor circuit HIGH VOLTAGE (bank 2 sensor 2)
P1250- Manufacturer Specific code (looked this one up on my laptop) Says "Fuel Level too low"
Also......
Evaporative Test Result
Gas Cap Test FAIL/LEAKING
THEN-------------------------------------------------------
Ok, SO I change my Sensors & 2 of the 3-Codes come back.
P0150- o2 Sensor circuit (bank2 sensor 1)-------------->I CHANGE THIS SENSOR KEEP IN MIND. (This is Sensors Before Cat Converter)
P0401- EGR Flow Insufficent detected
That being said I think my EGR sensors are bad or EGR valve or both. I already have to return this O2 Sensor.
Yesterday------------------------------------------
Disconnect NEGATIVE to battery for 15 Minutes.
Engine Light is gone. Comes back within 10 Minutes.
................... So I Disconnect NEGATIVE to battery again.
Reconnect O2 sensors clean it
Reconnect Vac Lines clean them
30 Minutes pass.
I reconnect battery
NO ENGINE LIGHT.
Drive for 6miles still nothing come to work.... nothing still
I go to Emissions And I fail.
See pic below.
So my question is.... IF the (STATUS IS NOT READY) What's that mean? If the EGR was bad & O2 was bad. Does if have to wait until the SYSTEM IS READY in order for light to come on? Or if it was bad would it come on instantly?

RE: ECU---> SYSTEM NOT READY
P0401 ( EGR ) system- insufficient flow detected, possible faults are Hose leak/blockage, basic setting not carried out because of blockage/restriction/stuck EGR valve, wiring, EGR valve, EGR solenoid, ECM, im going for the EGR valve being blocked or stuck with carbon build up which in turn would set the other codes, not 100% sure but that's where I would start

RE: ECU---> SYSTEM NOT READY
The ecm runs self tests on its emissions componants. Many times the codes will not pop up unless the tests have been run. In your case there was not enough mileage or run time for the tests to run and the emission station picked that up.

Right.... Which I think i solved that. I found out I was missing a vac hose.
I just installed Vac Pressure Gauge

can you take a pic of what hose you replaced?
