Default ECU Tuning

I know I have asked before about this but I am gonna ask again.

This company offer a 5 year guarantee with all their work etc and are not so far located from where I live.

They have been very helpful with some queries I've thrown at them and have appeared in numerous top car mags.

They must be pretty good otherwise they would not be able to get this kind of status etc?

www.digitaltuning.ch

"Have a good look"

You can only see their magazine appearences in Italian!!!

Cheers,

Andy

So do you live in Switzerland? Or Italy? I talked to them once when I was looking for a place to have my car "chipped", but when I talked to them they said that they didn't have anything for my B7 2.0T yet. It looks like they don't use a flash loader, though. Then again, they may just not expect most people to drive to Switzerland and be forced to send the ECU in.

I live in Switzerland mate, around 1 hr from Digitaltuning. I had a very nice email from them last Friday. Basically they change the original chip with one of theirs (exactly the same as the original but with different settings etc) and takes them around an hour. This includes making sure everything is tuned to the very last detail and that everything is running fine. I've actually driven past their HQ and it's nice and simple. You have the Office building with the DYNO garage next door...all typically clean and tip top. The fact they offer this 5 year guarantee is great...and at anytime when somebody wants the original chip restored they will do this free of charge.

This company have appeared in "AUTO magazine" and loads of others.

I've spoken to a few mechanics here and there and all so far have stated that these guys really do a top job...hence also the price lol

They do have the 2.0T FSI and can get it up to 240bhp if my memory serves me right.

I wanna decide about this by tomorrow lunch time as Tuesday will be the only day possible for me to do this.

The 2.0T also has 200bhp stock right?

Well after a lot of carefull thinking etc I have decided to keep mine stock as I don't hold so much faith in messing around with the ECU etc. I prefer to be on the safe side especially with such a decent motor.
