Engine Replacement

I have a 2013 Audi A4 with 80,000 miles. Started misfiring so I assumed coil packs. Had them changed still was giving codes took to another dealership and told I need another engine. Anybody else have this problem.

Did they say why? I would start there and then ask a reputable shop to take a look at it as well. Very odd (not impossible though) to hear of any engine expiring at 80k miles.

When an engine misfiring you must check, spark plugs, induction coil and chips. I have the same problem on my car. And after i chenge the spark plugs and induction coil (very expensive) the problem was from a chips.
