well for any big turbo setup from GT28r/GT28rs/GT2871r you'll spend about the same for supporting mods. the turbo will pretty much be the only price difference..


exhaust - $500
manifold - 400
intake - 100ish
software - 800 (CTapp or Unitronic)
injectors - 300 (440cc's(630's if you go CTapp)
FMIC - 500-1000 (diy or premade kit)
clutch - 500 (add 800 for install if you aren't doing it yourself)


with BT power, i consider suspension and a BBK a must and necessary. as with all that power, your going to need to brake a whole lot quicker and more often. also suspension will not only help you stay in control better. but it will help put the power down the the pavement easier, faster, and safer

 

not everything is about peak power. some people want a low end "peppy" turbo. that gets them by without putting to much stress on the driveline..

if i was an auto x'er, i would love to have a gt28r on my car. strong power and not much more spool than a k04

 

My mechanic/friend told me some kid just paid 7 grand for a gt28r...i rode in at while it was still at the shop, and it wasnt that great...yeah it was fast and pretty tight, but not like incredible or anything..get a different turbo other than that.
