Extended warranty for 2002 A4 3.0?
I have a 2002 A4 3.0 with sport package that is running out of the orginal warranty. It has about 48.5k miles on it. I was thinking of getting an extended warranty on it since I have had a few random electrical problems on the car. And if I had to pay for them they would have cost me a pretty penny. I am typically not the type to get extended warranties. But I feel like it might be worth it.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good company to go through that is not too expensive. I got a qoute of like $3400 for a 7yr/100k one through my dealership. Any advice would be helpful.

Anybody have any suggestions? I just got a qoute from the dealer for a "bumper to bumper" (exclusionary policy) with National Auto Care for 4yr/50k miles at a rate of $2650 with $0 deductible. Does anyone know if this is a good deal. It seems a little better than what Warranty Direct and others are offering in terms of the rate. The only issue is that it is technically a mechanical breakdown policy vs the wear and tear...but the dealer guy said it all depends on how they write it up in terms of getting it covered. I seem to trust him on that...maybe I am being naive. I am not sure.
Please help if you can.
