I have a saab and I want to buy this 2006 Audi S4 its a 2.0 though and S4 isnt 2.0? So im wondering was it actually a real s4, got accident, then threw a 2.0 in a S4 body? or it actually an a4 with s4 badges?

It's an "S-line" A4.

 

Looks like they were into some customizing. I see the S4 badge on the rear and the after maerket headlights. It does have the S-Line bade on the grill and if the steering wheel is a three spoke it is a true S-Line. If it is a four spoke wheel it most likely is regular A4. I do not recall if the four spoke steering wheel had paddle shifters.
