i only have experience with a couple of online shops, but which ones are the best? i hear lltek sucks, why? i like ecstuning but i have nothing to campare to since ive only ordered several things on-line for my audi? i have a local shop but everything they have is for bugs, and mk3 jettas and golfs. just let me know your favorite, so im not so closed minded.

 

Well LLtek seems to like to sell cheap and ugly products. Their customer service is horrible at best. ECS has always been good for me though.

 

I was gonna say ecs when i read the post, I always have luck with then and they have great customer service, however many times ppl get the wrong parts from them..I nvr have though.

The award for best customer service go's to ross-tech they are great!!

 

Apr is my favorite, although im partial.There servive is horrid though. Ecs is always good to me. Although they sent me the wrong ecm last time, doesnt fit right, but it works.Awe tuning is good to.

I just order some stuff from Pure Motorsport and they were pretty good. I sent them an e-mail and I got a response within a few hours (I think it was 3). That seems like a record, I always have to wait days or sometimes get no response from places.
