I have plain 97 audi a4 1.8T with an automatic trans. and, i was wondering if anyone has upgraded there Ko3 to a larger turbo? And was it worth it. I dont believe that making an automatic trans car into a track car is really right. I feel the only way to drive in complete control it should be a manual. But hey maybe someone feels different. Let me know how you like your auto trans with an upgrade. and was it worth it?

i love my aut....oh wait nevermind. real dragsters have built automatics.

 

if people update and get more power that auto can handle, they usually do a rebuild like at LevelTen. don't worry it will cost a 4 digit number to do but its worth it. :-)
