Well I got all the supplies and got my mold finished. It is roughly .75 cubic feet. I made it out of foam, and hopefully is this works out I can reuse it to make other enclosure to sell. Not sure if there is a market for them.

im workin on mine also, i went straight to fiberglass . so far its commin along pretty good, although its messy. im waitn for it to dry now. hey andre what year u have cause some are different, if ur tryn to sell

 

I have an '04...So I assume this would fit a B6 style with the door compartment on the driver side.

 

cool i want to make a mold also so i can try to sell a few of these badboys. what sub u lookn to use? im thinkin about a kicker L7, i think the square would look in there

 

I've got a 10" Rockford Fosgate HX2. 500 watts rms @2 ohm. Currently have it in a MDF box in the trunk.
