Default Final questions before upgrading...

So today I'll pick up my Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University...and I have been saving up trying to get through the semester before I did anything drastic to the car...plus I had a few CEL's that needed addressing and a new wastegate just put in...I figure it's time to treat myself and I have a few questions to get me through that process...my car is an 02 A4 1.8TQ Tip...

1. With APR's Stage I+, I know that larger injectors are installed. I think it's kind of worth it although I am still on the fence. But would I need to get an exhaust...it says recommended and I could probably do an exhaust in about 4-5k miles afterwards...And can the car ever go back to stock programming with larger injectors? I assume gas mileage takes a small hit but from what I have read I got the impression the car would be "stuck" with Stage 1+ or greater...

2. With a Tip you can't find an exhaust with the downpipe. Why is the downpipe important? And without it is it still worthwhile to upgrade it? Why don't they make a downpipe? Am I gonna have to go get one custom made?

3. Anybody have an idea of how much it would cost to paint the lower black part of my car? Just an estimate at a good body shop?

4. And finally, I have heard that a tip chip plus an ecu chip will trigger CEL's...where can I find the tip chip and does anyone have the combo with pleasant results?

Thanks to anyone who answers...appreciate it...and this place...
