I finally got around to seafoaming my car. WOW It makes such a huge difference! It idles smoother, sounds smoother, revs smoother, everything is smoother!!! Highly recommended!!!

Oh and I found my exhaust leak. It was coming from my manifold to turbo area. All 3 bolts where a little loose, and the one in the back was out almost all the way!!! It had about 1 1/2 inches of thread showing! I will post pic later.

yea i really need to get around to doing that... i have the **** in my garage but its cold and im lazy... did you do it on the pcv vac line?

 

and on the 5th day god rested, but not before creating seafoam

 

put some locktite on them

 

What exactly does "seafoaming" do? I keep reading about it but have no idea what it is.

depends on where you seafoam. but ya it can do that

 

i still have to do that to my car... i cant seem to find out how to do it through the vac lines of my 3.0... i knoiw i gotta dump roughly 1/3-1/2 a can into my crank case then the other into the vac lines or what ever but i cant seem to find out where

 

Is it really that big of a difference? The service guy at the dealer told me that our cars dont have problems with carbon build up, and he said seafoaming wont do anything? Can anyone confirm that?
