so my clutch did its thing today. was going up a hill in 5th at 2.8k rpm and punched it. the engine revved and the car didnt. lol

so now i am concidering what to do. either get a 12lb flywheel with a stage 2 clutch

or a 9 lb flywheel with a stage 2 or 3 clutch.

im concerned as to how much driveability ill lose with a lwfw, expecialy 9 lbs. but i really want that snappy insta-rev from lwfw's that the low compression engine kills...

unles you go bt you really wont see a snappy rev meter.

its a bit faster but not worth the chatter and looks. TRUST ME

 

so wait. is that for 13 lb or oem weight with aftermarkey clutch? and whats awaiting approval

I would say 13lbs stage 2

 

if your going to go bt then get a clutch that can handle it now. no sense getting a crappy clutch and then foreced to get another one once the bt is in. look at the spec clutchs stage 3+??w/ lwft. imo very good. also check out southbend.
