Ive got that same A4 in blue (2004)
it's the 3.0 with the ultra sport pkg.
my parents had an e320 and ive driven it a few times.
both are nice. the e320 is more comfortable (a more comfortable driving position).
the A4 is a ton more fun to drive. two totally different cars.

 

I vote a 5 series BM over the E320, even though thats not a choice!

As for E320 vs. newer A4, definately A4, you will have plenty of time in your life to drive around old men MBs.

 

my vote is for a 5-series also.. get a V8/6-speed set up.. very delicious. maybe im biased in this situation tho..

 

Well shoot, if we are spitting out the M5, I can't beleive the RS4 wasn't brought up.

A4 for sure.

 

The only, and I mean ONLY other car I'd rather have than my A4 would be a BMW M3, they're just too damn sexy, but I couldn't afford one. I like my Audi, but M3's are just absolutely gorgeous. E320 or A4, the A4 wins hands down, that E320 reminds me of a Cadillac: Gotta be at least 65 to drive one. Haha. Go for the Audi!
