Ahh, I totally agree she was doing her job, technically yes, I did break the law. However, all I was looking for was a little sympathy, get off with a warningor something. I've had a clean record so far and it just sucks because it is 3 points on my record (which btw I asked the officer if the citation warranted any points and she told me she didn't know) maybe if she knew she might have been more lenient?Anyway whats done is done and I was just venting. Now that Im not worried about keeping a clean record maybe I can utilize the full extent ofmy turbo and quattro handling. haha. But in your opinion/experience Notahondaowner, is something like this worth fighting. The citation seems cut and dry.

I wouldn't expect any sympathy from a female cop...they feel thay have EVERYTHING to prove...lol. Anyway, do some research and definitely fight it.

haha...this reminds me...I just got pulled over for 84 in a 55 mph zone and the cop just let me go. I guess i'm just lucky that i'm a firefighter and the cop used to be a firefighter...lol

do some research? lol... google "running stop sign ticket" and see if there's a mystical answer to your problems.. the dude ran a stop sign and got a ticket. simple as that. the only thing you can do is go to court and ask them to knock it down, say you're sorry, admit you were wrong, you're willing to pay a fine, and that it will never happen again.....and because of your clean driving record, you are asking them to let this one be a warning.
