disconnect the throttle body wiring for a few minutes and reconnect it. Turn the car ON, but don't start the engine. DO NOT touch the gas pedal for at least 60 seconds and turn the car off. Now you can drive it.
Theres no need to disconnect the throttle body wiring. Just turn the key to the ON position (not start) and wait a couple minutes, youll hear a little motor sounding thing go on and off for about 20 seconds, and its done.
