Default Fluttering?

Alright guys, so here's the problem. When i first start my car and drive off i hear a fluttering or like a sputtering sound when going through 1st and 2nd gear. This only happens right in the beginning when the engine is still cool. I notice it when the windows are down only. I also believe that i am experiencing power loss as well, but its been like this for months now and i've just been too lazy to do something about it. It drives fine, but i'm just worried on what is wrong. Any ideas?

Where does the sound originate from the engine bay? I know my car makes sounds for the first 10 seconds or so from the fuel pump in the back. Also when the car is cold I can hear the DV and turbo more.

The red spring for Forge should be the strongest. I use the green one - the softest its more fun.

Could be dv fo sho... but a busted dv will make more of a faint "honking" noise... You sure when you say "flutter" that you dont mean "sputter" maybe from the exhaust ???-like maybe its running a little rich on start up??-which could be the maf or a boost leak??? but im sure that would set off a cel if its running rich.... Hmm.. Probably bad dv...
