Fog Light

hey guys, does any of u know how much "Watt" does a stock fog light gives out??
my car is a 2001, with H7 light bulbs (i guess, is it true??)

its a single pole connector like most spot/fogs, yellow ??? yuk that's for the frogs/Frenches

and I see on TV you guys use them as style lights and not allowed in the UK so I say if we cant have them you cant lol
