i paid $5800 for my car w/ 85k miles on it. cleanest interior ive ever seen, amazingly clean exterior...

EVERYTHING on my car, including mods are under $10k, so ya, keep looking.

you can find a 1.8t B5 for like $7500, why dont you do this and use the extra money for mods/maintenance.

 

It sounds like some of you guys got a super deal for your cars. The only cars for $7,000 around here have like 115,000+ miles. I will keep looking around.

i looked for my car for over 6 months before i bought it so it pays to shop around. also, i was looking at some 02 a4's w/ 40-60k miles and they were only around 15000 bucks...

When you guys purchased your used Audi how much dealer mark up did you guys have? Normally I have seen it about $3000. For the 2002's you saw at $15,000 was that the dealer list price? Or after negotiations? Or private party?

The 2002-03's I have seen are about $17,900 (50,000-60,000 miles) dealer list price, so after a bit of haggleing I should get them down to at least $15,000. I am not going to purchase right away but I want to get a feel for what you guys have seen.
