if your not replacing the turbo your stock air box works best. and if you are replacing the turbo in the future your gona have to get a new intake to fit it, so to me all these are is a waste of money....unless you just want to hear the DV more

but nice DIY guide you found there

yah man... i want that sound... haha... but i gotta make a custom heatshield... any idea how the heat shield sits on the bottom?

IMO most heat shields dont do much. i have a small one on mine and it does like nothing lol

here's a heat shield that really works http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...ht=heat+shield so you can buy that one or try and fab one that is similar

yah ive seen that heat shield before... i Dont know if its worth the 80 bucks... sh*t thats more then the intake... lol
