For the basic K04 profile on the b5 GIAC suggests the 5 bar FPR. This is not the pc16 profile but the regular profile, the one without an FMIC or injectors.

I was trying to find an example of the GIAC site but was unable to. So I started checking sites where they sell k04 kits and AWE has the 5bar FPR listed: http://www.awe-tuning.com/pages/shar...rain&IL=AWEK04
The A.W.E. K04 kit for the 1.8T consists of K04 turbo, A.W.E./GIAC software, 5.0 bar Bosch FPR, all gaskets, and Bosch spark plug set. This kit utilizes the larger K04 015 turbo, with our specially designed GIAC software, to good effect. This A.W.E. exclusive transforms your 1.8T into a lightning fast, yet factory-reliable, rocket ship.

I have fwd and the only cat back exhaust setup available other than custom is milltek. I think greddy makes one but i heard the sound is rice and the its got only a single tip muffler.
Thanks for the input.
What is your solution arif????

I knew the 5 bar fpr is only recomended with a k04 setup, I just cant understand how neuspeed would recomend it for only a 1 bar chip. Ill do an exhuast before k04, if i ever do get a k04 that is.. Im actually pretty happy with the ol k03. If i ever really want to do big mods like a bigger or bt ill just buy a 99.5mq.
