Front bumper?
This is for a 2002, pretty sure it's the same for your model year.
1. Jack the front end and remove both wheels.
2. Remove screws and peel the wheel well liner and you'll find the 3 nuts that retain the bumper on both sides, remove them.
3. Unclip the lower plastic part from the fender.
4. Remove the corner grills from the lower bumper and locate the 2 bolts (I think they are 6mm hex, not sure though), loosen them up, you'll be turning them for a long time.
5. Pull bumper off but be careful because you need to unplug the head light washer line and harness to the bumper.
Here are a few pics.
Bumper overview

The bolt you will see after removing the corner grills (pic and diagram)

Pic with all the attachment points (circled inyellow is the location of the nuts removed from inside the fender and in blue the verticalboltsloosened through the corner grills).

Circled in red is the headlight washer fluid line, circled in green is the harness to the bumper (fog lights, etc..)
