was about 350$ for the kit (both sides) and 2 days in the garage after work, all labor done myself. handels like night and day, so much better. if anyone has any questions or anything about it, if there doing it themselfs, let me know. and it was a quattro if anyones wondering.

haha im doing the exact same work on ma car. but i found a set on ebay wid upper and lower control arms, tie rods and sway bar link for $300. i miss when ma car didn't go CLINK CLINK when go over bumps lol.

this isnt the exact kit i used, but the one i used was also the oe, so techincaly its the same, i just found the one i got a little cheaper. cant seem to find the link though. I would say yes, most people shouldnt have to much trouble, as long as your willing to put in some time, and have the bently or some other service manuel for the torqe specs. if you dont i could see if i could send you them. no i hadnt looked at the s4 kit though, so iduno.
