Front Speaker/Panel removal
I just got new front and rear spaekers, MB quart(pre rockford) pce 213 and psc216, the rears look easy as hell but I dont want to F anything up removing the front door panels, anyone got into it yet and got a lil advice for me??? The speakers should sound alright off the Alpine9887 til i get my amp on and then they will be talkin!!!
You have to remove the front door panel to access the speakers, and you'll need some kind of custom mounting brackets to fit your speakers. Here are instructions for removing the panel:

I've had mine off; and the sneakiest thing to look out for is the bit of foam that rests at the top of the panel at the rear corner. It's kind of Z-shaped and will probably fall out when you remove the panel; I don't remember exactly how it fits but it's pretty easy to figure out when you're looking at it. Just keep an eye out for it and don't put the panel back on without it! (vibration/rattle galore!)
