Default Front Two Speakers Stopped Working on my 96 2.8

They just stopped working for no reason, they were working perfectly. I just noticed it says bose when i turn on the system, but I dont think my speakers are bose because they have no markings. Regardless, Idunno how to access the fader at all or how to check the connections, what do I do?

Strange. First thing I would do is borrow two compatible speakers to put in your car to see if they work. If they do work, then you'll know you just need to replace speakers that both strangely stopped working. If they don't work, you'll know you have another problem on your hands. Perhaps a bad connection of some sort.

Good luck.

If you have the radio code, maybe try resetting it? Disconnect the negative battery cable, then reconnect it and enter your radio code and see if it works then.
