FUEL FILTER??
Ok, here you go. Advanced wouldn't run the codes, said they had to remove the dash to get to the computer, and "they don't do that". But, here is the best part, just when I give in to the promptings to head to the dealership or nearest specialty repair shop, the damn CEL light went out. It was on solid for four days, and was running intermittantly sluggish, and then, BANG, it is fine???? What's up with that?
Here's my dillema... I have to move this month, and I don't want to have to dump a bunch of cash into the car if I can get by with waiting a month. On the other hand, I don't want to do more damage (if there is something serious going on) or possibly blow the engine all together! I lost my mechanic when I kicked him out of the house in December...I guess he WAS good for something afterall... LOL (J/K)

Codes from the test are as follows:
Trouble Codes:
P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
P0150 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (bank 2 Sensor 1)
Pending Codes:
NONE
Freeze Codes:
P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow

Check the 02 first. The evap purge flow is calculated using the oxygen sensor. If the car acts up again you can also try clamping the line for the purge valve and seeing if that makes it run better.
yep I go with the o2 sensor too "circuit malfunction" 1st sensor on bank 2 has a wiring fault or the sensor is down, the P0441 is a soft code caused by the o2 sensor malfunction once the sensor problem is fixed the P0441 will not show up again
So this is the sensor that is on the driver's side front, am I right? Is there an easy way to get to it? What is the best method to replacement? I searched for instructions, but didn't find anything. Any help will greatly be appreciated...
