My car randonly starts and stalls. The generator indicator light sometmes stays on after it does startand the electronic immobilizer indicator lightcomes on when it won't start. I'm wondering if the electric aspect of the fuel pump recall could cause these responses.

 

If the immoblizer light comes on when the car doesn't start and it only does it randomly its a problem with the immoblizer reader built into the ignition switch. Somewhat common problem, dealer repair...
