I was up in Kingston and there was a 2002 GTI behind me at the light before this one bridge. So he gets right on my a$$ after the light turns green. I short shift into 2nd gear and romp on it. I go into 3rd and before I get off the bridge I was at 6500 rpms and ready to shift into 4th. Well, the GTI slows down and yells to me "Hey! Do you think we are gonna get pulled over?" I look in the rearview and a cop is riding him close. So we chat while we are driving and he's obviously shook. I said to him to follow me and we'll run on him. He says "Nah, I'll just duck him on a sidestreet. F him." He turns onto a sidestreet and immediately gets pulled over. I run on the sidestreet going the other way and just missed a cruiser coming my way. Close call. No more street racing on the bridge in Kingston, PA for me. Lol

 

I love running from the police. I haven't in the Audi yet, because it still needs suspension. In my integra they could catch up slowly in the straights, but didn't stand a chance in corners, so I'd just mob sidestreets, taking turn after turn. Its such a rush, but what sucks is when you have to have the car parked for a few days so they forget about it.

 

Only out ran 1 cop because he got caught trying to cross the lanes of traffic pulling a left turn. i hung a right booked it up a curving hill a little ways and pull down a side street, sure enough just a few seconds after me the cop came fly up the hill, i just went his opposite direction after he passed me and i got off scott free. thank my lucky stars!

 

QUICK LESSON:

don't list all your mods, tell me the year and model of the car, and than tell me what town you're in...lemme guess, the pierce street bridge, by the courthouse? or were you crusin on the ave? it's a small world watch what you say.


maybe you should list all the problems you've had with the car instead.

ive done it on the bike all the time. Ive gotten a ticket before since i stopped to check on a friend who was ridin in the group i wan in. After that i never stop for cops on my bike. in the audi i havent been pulled over yet. *knocks on screen*

 

thats why i love lancaster county...crusing 65 70 on empty roads till there is a cop sitting in the parking lot, or passing you in the opposite direction, and you see him nail the brakes and turn around, downshift to third, take off make the first right you see kill the lights till you get to around a corner lights back on, and put quattro to work !

 

My brother is working in Taiwan right now, and was recently pulled over for speeding over there. He was doing 240kph (149mph) in his car when the Taiwanese cops pulled him over (how they did it, I dunno). Anyways... the cop gets out of his car, goes up to my brother's car, sees that he is white and not Asian, and goes "aww sh*t! Goddamn fu*kin' American! Go! Get outta here!" Guess he didn't want to deal with the situation.
