fwd/quattro cat? is it the same

im about to buy a gutted cat for my fwd audi. the guy had it for his quattro. im not sure if the cat is intercahngeable between the two, is it?

yes it is does not matter quattro or non quattro

Think so - the exhaust is definately different further back as the fuel tank is in a different place on the Quattro.

alright thanks guys, becfause i new for sure that the exhaust part around the resonator and muffler area was a totally different set up
